I had a great experience at Mercedes-Benz of Valencia, and Shadi Samaha was a big part of that. He was extremely helpful, worked out a great deal for me, and made sure I was completely satisfied before I left. He was on top of everything and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Shadi Samaha is a really nice guy and genuinely took care of me throughout the entire process. I’m very happy that I had the chance to work with him and really appreciate all his help. Great guy and great experience overall. Highly recommend Shadi Samaha.

Amazing staff all around! A special thank you to the sales consultant, Zena Samaha, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She is such a sweetheart—friendly, bubbly, professional, and has such positive energy. Her brother, Shadi, was also very kind and helpful. Even Prashant in the finance department made the paperwork process smooth and enjoyable. Despite it being around 9:30 PM, he was still welcoming, patient, and full of great energy. Overall, it was an excellent experience. Everyone was professional, helpful, and genuinely pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend this Valencia dealership to anyone looking for great customer service, good deals, and an amazing team!

I had an excellent experience at Mercedes-Benz of Valencia! Sidney, the Sales Manager, did an outstanding job getting me approved and took the time to explain every step of the process, making everything easy to understand. Joseph was fantastic as well. He showed me the vehicle, answered all of my questions, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Both of them were extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and truly cared about making sure I was comfortable with my purchase. I'm so happy to be part of the Mercedes-Benz family. Thank you, Sidney and Joseph, for the exceptional service!

This was one of the most fun and easiest buying experiences I and my husband have been through. Ask for Vanessa! She will take care of you and makes the whole buying a car feel fun and exciting. We were able to drive away with the exact car we wanted. Come here if you are buying a MB! We drive over an hour just for the customer service! Just do it!

I would like to provide positive feedback regarding my recent Mercedes-Benz lease experience. The process was handled with professionalism and efficiency, resulting in a highly satisfactory outcome. I am particularly grateful for the exceptional assistance provided by Zina. She consistently went above and beyond her responsibilities to ensure a smooth and successful transaction. Zina dedicated a substantial amount of her time to address our needs, carefully guiding us through the details and working diligently to secure an excellent deal that aligned well with our requirements. Her commitment, expertise, and customer-focused approach made a significant difference and greatly contributed to our positive experience.
